MANAGEMENT ROSEY WONG, Owner, brings to ITS over 38 years of experience in the travel industry, both in the U.S. and abroad. Her career in travel spans international airline and travel agency sales and management in several countries. She established Haw Par Travel in Singapore and Moller's Travel in Thailand and was the travel editor of Business Traveller magazine in Hong Kong. She represented SMI (now Meritus) Hotels and Resorts in the U.S. and Canada. A Rotarian since 1987 when Rotary membership became open to women in the legislature meeting held in Singapore. She is a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Major Donor, Benefactor and Charter member of the Bequest Society and Paul Harris Society. She was the Chair of the International Fellowship of Travel Agents (IFTA) from 1995 to 1998 and still holds key positions of Secretary and Treasurer. She has used her expertise to help serve the travel needs of many Rotarian groups at the District and club levels, both within the USA and overseas. Rosey has served on the Boards of PATA and San Francisco Women in Travel, an affiliate of the International Federation of Women's Travel Organizations. She is active in the Bay Area community and was a Board member of the Rotary Club of San Francisco 1996-1998. Rosey was born in Singapore and was a two and half term President of the Singapore Club of Northern California (1999 – 2001 & 2003 - 2006) and a board member since 1986. She currently serves on the SCNC Board as Treasurer and 'pillar' of the Association. She was a former board member of Chanticleer (a vocal ensemble) in San Francisco. She is also a member of the International Society of Meeting Planners, Asian American Business Association, Hong Kong Association and World Affairs Council and was a Director of Rotary Club of Lincoln, CA (2002-2004). Rosey revived the Lincoln Rotary Bandstand project by raising funding from members of the Chambers of Commerce in Lincoln and neighboring cities of Roseville, Rocklin and Sacramento, selling engraved bricks to businesses and individuals. Rotary International was also a Donor and received recognition with an engraved Rotary Wheel. These were matched by the city of Lincoln. The Bandstand was completed in 2006. Lincoln Rotary Club meets on Thursdays at noon at the Women's Club of Lincoln building. Rosey was the President of the Women’s Club of Lincoln 2003 – 2004. Rosey is presently a returned member of San Francisco Rotary Club #2 since 2006 and continues to be active with the 12 Divisions of the club.

ITS represents travel providers such as Cruise Lines, Tour Operators, Airline Consolidators and Hotels. Our travel providers accept major credit cards however at times they may only accept agency checks from ITS and our clients will have to pay by check only.Once full payment is made and travel documents issued, there is no refund on any unused portion. Any changes made by the traveler are subject to penalties in accordance with the cancellation policy of the tour operators, airlines, hotels and cruise lines for whom Innovative Travel Services act as agent.
